Arbor on Arco
4200 block of Arco Ave.
Arco Ave. will be welcoming more residents then it ever has before. Currently in a state of under-use and dilapidation, 11 plots along the 4200 block of Arco will be home to a new 95-unit apartment community. Homes will range from studios to one-bedrooms, all featuring the quintessential RSL amenities; granite counter-tops, hardwood flooring, and stainless steel appliances. In addition, Arbor on Arco will offer over 100 off-street parking spaces, both underground and street level, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a dog washing station.
Arbor on Arco is a technology focused building with features such as Toto toilets and bluetooth enabled exhaust fans, to name a few.
GINKO
Once complete collapsed on the inside, this brick duplex is being rebuilt brick-by-brick to return it to its former glory. Once complete, this building will feature 2 2-bedroom 1-bathroom units one block away from the heart of The Grove neighborhood.
PECAN
Originally constructed in 1902, this rehabilitated two-story residence will be revitalized into a single-family 2-bedroom 2-bathroom featuring stainless steel appliances, and back deck with privacy fence but still holds its timeless historic characteristics.

THE GULFSTREAM HOTEL
1 Lake Ave.
The Gulfstream Hotel is prominently positioned on Lake Worth Beach’s primary street with direct access to Palm Beach, a golf course and Bryant Park across the street, and close proximity to local restaurants, art galleries, and shops in downtown Lake Worth Beach. The hotel will be considered as an addition to the Marriott Tribute Portfolio that will promote the project’s unique features and experience with the defining historic characteristics of the hotel being restored, and the rest of the design / finishes will serve as an homage to its Roaring 20’s grandeur while offering modern amenities for guests and residents.
